The Voices program is in search of a Program Director for 2019-2020. Voices serves as a multimedia journalism training fellowship for college and graduate students, as well as a leadership program for mid-career journalists who serve as faculty. The program is a recruiting tool to increase diversity in newsrooms and takes place annually during the week of the AAJA national convention.
Voices has selected its 2018 staff for the upcoming AAJA National Convention in Houston, TX from August 6-11. The mission of Voices is to advance career development for AAJA student journalists, as well as develop leadership and management talent for mid-career professional journalists.
AAJA is excited to announce its Voices Class of 2018. Voices, a leadership and mentoring program that aims to increase diversity in journalism, is celebrating its 28th anniversary at the annual AAJA National Convention in Houston, August 8-11.
